Christmas / New Year's Reservations and Cancellation Policy:   

Reservations are confirmed with 40% deposit of the total amount. Balance is due 60 days prior to checking date.  The following cancellation penalty percentage rates of the Total Rental Fee (amount shown on the booking confirmation) apply for Christmas / New Year's Reservations  :

• Up to 60 days prior to the arrival date 20%
• Less than 60 days prior to the arrival date 100%
