Reservations ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Villas are reserved with a deposit payment equal to 40% of the total rent. Difference is due 15 days prior to arrival at the villa. We accept

40% deposit of the total amount. Balance is due 15 days prior to checking date.
For your convenience we will automatically charge the credit card given at time
of reservation. If you would like to use an alternate method of payment,

here for Christmas/New Year's reservations] The Guest may cancel their booking at any time up to or during the Rental Period. In the event that the Guest exercises their right to cancel, the Company will levy the following cancellation penalty percentage rates of the Total Rental Fee (amount shown on the booking confirmation):
Cancellation Insurance: Trip cancellation insurance can be purchased through any insurance company [click here for insurance details] Damage deposits: A $300 damage deposit required upon arrival. The Damage deposit is fully refundable to you provided there are no damages, missing items or long distance telephone calls charged to the villa's telephone. Please note that the 3 bedroom PH Ocean Villa with terrace has a $1,000 damage deposit. Tax: There is a 7% room tax imposed by the government of Puerto Rico and a 5% service charge. Minimum stay: 3 nights stay on Ocean Villas, 5 night stay on the Golf Villas. For Christmas & New Years there is a 7 night minimum stay. Check in/out: Check in at 3:00p.m,. Check out is at 12:00noon. The Villa may be available on arrival prior to this time, we will try our best to accommodate you, if possible. Ground Transportation: Taxis and rental cars are available at the San Juan Airport. We can provide private transportation at same taxi rates. The Westin Rio Mar Beach Resort has an Avis Car Rental for your convenience. If staying at the golf villas, we recommend you rent a car. Car Rental Companies Policy: The property is reserved exclusively for those people named on the booking form and no other persons are permitted to stay at the Villa unless this has been agreed in writing prior to the rental period. Under no circumstances will any animals be allowed in the Villas.
